Lifestyle Support Package
For residents who would like fewer day-to-day responsibilities.
$375/month (single)
$575/month (couple)
Includes:
• Light housekeeping once weekly
• Laundry service once weekly
• Linen changes twice per month
• Grocery ordering coordination & delivery twice per month (groceries paid separately)
• Light organization and tidying
This package is ideal for residents who want convenience while maintaining full independence.
Wellness Support Package
For residents and families who desire added reassurance.
Non-medical support only.
$475/month (single)
$850/month (couple)
Includes:
• Scheduled wellness check-ins three times per week
• Assistance coordinating appointments, transportation scheduling (such as Medi-Ride), prescription refill coordination, and medication organization (residents remain responsible for self-administration)
• General wellness observation and safety awareness
• Weekly family update (with resident consent)
This package is designed to provide peace of mind without reducing independence.
Comprehensive Support Package
Combines Lifestyle and Wellness services for aging-in-place comfort.
$800/month (single)
$1350/month (couple)
Includes:
• All Lifestyle Support services
• All Wellness Support services
• Increased check-in frequency
• Priority response for support needs
• Additional family communication as requested
Ideal for residents who want consistent support while remaining in a residential setting.
pre-made meal ordering and delivery
Optional Add-On Service:
Includes weekly menu review, ordering, and delivery coordination for fresh, locally prepared meals.
Example Option:
• 3 lunches + 3 dinners per week – $135/week
(Meals prepared by trusted local provider; this is a similar example. Exact pricing is subject to vendor rates)
This service may be added independently or alongside any support package.
À La Carte Services
For occasional or short-term needs.
• Single housekeeping visit – $100
• Single laundry service – $70 (includes linens)
• Single grocery coordination & delivery – $50
• Single wellness check-in (non-medical) – $25
Residents utilizing services regularly may find greater value in a monthly package.
